Abstract

This work turns on the importance of the investigation and of the research of some of the referring technological contributions to the construction of informatics and computacional systems gone back to the operate of the social politics, be in your materialization terms be in information terms on the area of Social Security in Brazil, verifying as and if these express some investment degree in the democratization of the access to the right, if they are allowed the social control and if they facilitated adapted levels of effectiveness of these public politics. This current investigation can supply contusing elements for the knowledge and analysis on the Politics of Social Security, in what it comes to base and to analyze indications, hypotheses and references of the same reality, vital for the construction of this knowledge, still so strange to the social workers’ of the area most general concerns.
