Katálysis Journal's Editorial Policy states that original articles should be published if they have not been submitted to or are not being evaluated by another journal, which the author has not informed us of. This justifies a full retraction and the publication has already been removed from the Rev. Katálysis page on the UFSC Journals Portal.
