Knowledge gaining and dissemination in a data system state organization

The topics “knowledge gaining” and “knowledge dissemination” are closely linked to organizational learning and knowledge. Such subjects have had great repercussion in the last years both in the academic and in the business fields. Several authors have emphasized the need for the organizations to concern themselves with organizational learning and knowledge. In this context, this study aims at understanding how identification, gaining and dissemination of knowledge in a Data System State Organization is processed. The organization investigated was INFO (fictitious name), which is responsible for the management of the government data services.Downloads
