Notes on conservatism: elements for the definition of a concept

This article is inspired by the imprecise use of the concept of conservatism in contemporary
times. What characteristics, after all, define membership in this stream of thought? To answer
this question, a typical ideal vision of conservative philosophy it is build by which it is possible to highlight its main premises. To this effect, we focused on the analysis of the concept in motion, that is, in dialogue with some of its most outstanding players.
