The objective of this article is to study the intellectual history of Alfredo EllisJr., between 1930 and 1937, asking how he assimilated the discussions about “the revolution of 1930”, “the 1932” and the “putsch of 1937”. During this period, he was in the Legislature of the state of Sao Paulo, as state legislator, he went to fight in the “Constitutional Revolution of 1932”, held the craft of history”s professor and returned to the Assembly in São Paulo.
