This article shows us the current capitalism, the crisis generated by neoliberalism and the high percentage of unemployment. How can we undergo a positive reconstruction without generating massive unemployment? In the context of post-indusirial society could unemployment be seen as a normal factor? Doesn't it mean that the traditional constructionof the social identity of individuals through their professions is to be disrupted? These and other neoliberal issues of modern capitalism, the consequences of the globalization centrality of work and the positive reconstruction make us discuss, think over and question the society we want and in which we are inserted.
