Na filosofia popperiana a razão não é entendida como o espaço lógico, puramente virtual, que define, fundamenta e delimita o âmbito do dizível e do disputável por todo ser racional; mas sim, como um conjunto de dispositivos institucionais que possibilitam e exigem o controle e a avaliação das teses e propostas que emergem nos distintos planos de nosso mundo simbólico.
