Materialidades e a criação de realidades: representações de “chapeuzinho vermelho” através das mídias

Resumo

Refletindo a realidade, os contos de fadas têm sido usados ​​para ensinar maneiras específicas de compreender o mundo a membros de determinadas sociedades. A forma como contamos essas histórias está sempre mudando, não apenas em sentido ideológico, mas também em como as materializamos. A partir da análise de um evento do conto da Chapeuzinho Vermelho, este artigo busca comparar três experiências de narrativa oferecidas por diferentes mídias: um livro ilustrado, um aplicativo para smartphone e um videogame de realidade virtual. A análise visa esclarecer como a variação midiática impacta a criação de diferentes regimes de realidade ficcional para a mesma história. Com base em estudos sobre narratologia transmidiática e cognição corporificada/distribuída, argumenta-se que essas diferentes experiências de ficcionalidade alteram as maneiras pelas quais transpomos o conhecimento da ficção para a compreensão de nossa realidade imediata.

Thales Estefani é doutorando em Materialidades da Literatura na Faculdade de Letras da Universidade de Coimbra (Portugal) (bolsa FCT); mestre em Artes, Cultura e Linguagens pela Universidade Federal de Juiz de Fora (bolsa CAPES) e bacharel em Comunicação Social com ênfase em Produção Editorial pela Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro. Foi editor executivo da revista MATLIT: Materialidades da literatura (2018-2021) (https://impactum-journals.uc.pt/matlit/); atualmente colabora com o MATLIT LAB: Laboratório de Humanidades (https://matlitlab.uc.pt/); o Grupo de Pesquisa CNPq Literatura e Design de Artefatos para Crianças e Jovens no Mundo Digital (UFSC) (https://lijdigital.com/) e é membro da Association for Studies in Fiction and Fictionality (SIRFF/ASIFF).
