This paper presents the knowledge management in organizations where people, technologies and business processes have a participation in the organizations performance. The article shows a division in systems general theory, knowledge management and distance education, showing an authors discussion in the three areas and also presenting the integration among them. Knowledge is the main instrument considered for the organizations management that work with a systemic vision, then their intellectual value has great importance since unreachable goods are very valuable. In order to keep this values, distance education works as an agile and facilitating factor of the processes.Downloads
