Kant e os princípios de Ulpiano: a erradicação da doutrina do direito natural

O presente artigo procura mostrar que a doutrina kantiana do direito remete a uma versão originaldos princípios ulpianos com o objetivo de converter a milenar doutrina jusnaturalista em aliadada liberdade humana, voltada para a consumação das idéias republicanas e da paz perpétua. Otexto destaca as considerações críticas de Kant acerca da teologia natural de origem wolffi ana erefaz, no semestre de 1784, os princípios de Ulpiano à luz dos princípios normativos da futuraCrítica da razão prática de 1788, que lança as bases da doutrina jurídica do fi lósofo alemão.
