Perfil nutricional das crianças atendidas no ambulatório de Oncologia Pediátrico do Hospital Infantil Joana de Gusmão
Abstract
Os objetivos deste trabalho foram: avaliar o estado nutricional das crianças atendidas no ambulatório; verificar o tipo de câncer com maior prevalência nas referidas crianças e avaliar alterações de apetite durante o tratamento. Aplicou-se uma anamnese alimentar para verificar consumo dietético e alterações de apetite e tomada de peso e altura para avaliar o estado nutricional. A partir dos resultados ocorreu uma proposta de intervenção nutricional com o oferecimento de lanches mais nutritivos e ações educativas para minimizar os transtornos do tratamento.Downloads
