Pedagogy of extension: some emerging reflections

The university extension makes up an axis that, together with teaching and research, sustain higher education. Its inclusion in the curriculum is still an important challenge for our institutions, which are not used to flexibility and working outside academic spaces. Thinking about the reasons that led to the insertion of extension into the curriculum, in a dynamic that considers its pedagogy, can contribute to advancing thinking and the importance of extension in our pedagogical projects, in addition to provoking a debate about the importance of the territory in the development of new knowledge and in the construction of social transformation strategies.
