Report of a visit to the exhibition of human anatomy for students at basic levels of education

Objectives: To describe, from the perspective of the participants and the organizing team, the experience of visiting the human anatomy exhibition. Methods: An exhibition was organized, through thematic stations, to be presented to the public, explaining the anatomical systems and the history of anatomy. Information was collected through a questionnaire. The collected data was stored in a database (Microsoft Excel). Results: The target audience for the exhibition were students at basic levels of education. 87% of visitors reported positive things about learning at the event. More than 65% of visitors reported that the exhibition helped them with their future career decisions. 96% of visitors believe that the event fulfilled its purpose of disseminating knowledge in the area of morphological sciences. Conclusions: The event proved to be effective in clarifying visitors' doubts, as well as favoring the development of new learning experiences.
