Covid-19, Emotional healthAbstract
This study aims to describe the perception of professors and students from public and private institutions in the Administration Course, regarding emotional health and Covid-19. For this, a qualitative study was carried out, using content analysis. The findings indicate positive and negative points, as well as feelings that affected emotional, behavioral, physical and cognitive abilities. Furthermore, actions to maintain emotional balance were also described. In relation to adaptation actions, students reported technological aspects, routine and participation in classes, while teachers related adaptations in teaching plans, assessments and training. Thus, future perspectives refer to hybrid teaching, behavioral change and massive use of the internet in carrying out activities. This study contributes to the literature on emotional management in the face of adverse event scenarios, as well as the insertion of educational public policies in order to serve the academic community.
