The rescue and resignification of the work through the screen in “Flores Incultas” by Luiza Amélia de Queiroz

Abstract

Revisiting a literary work always gives the possibility of re-signifying the text through a new vision launched under that work, In this perspective, the objective of this investigation is to carry out a survey of the work Flores Incultas (2015) by the author Luiza Amélia de Queiroz, re-signifying this poetic literary text through digital technologies by proposing the availability of the recitation of the poems through a Podcast, which will be released on Spotify and other streaming platforms such as Deezer. Furthermore, this research is traversed by a methodological path, relying on qualitative bibliographical research. For theoretical basis we support ourselves according to the conceptions of Jenkins (2009); Hayles (2009); Cupani (2016); Crestani et al (2019) among others. For this purpose, the object was selected by selecting eight poems as the first to be transformed into episodes and disseminated on the aforementioned digital platforms, such poems follow thematic lines, namely, the telluric feelings of the homeland, childhood, family , the struggle and reflection on the condition of women writers in the 19th century. Therefore, literary reading strategies in the digital medium will be applied to this range of poems, starting from the reflection that it is possible to propose relating the instrumentality of digital technologies through access to literary and historical information, sometimes lost or forgotten in space-time, for Therefore, the proposal is to take the text written in the 19th century by the nineteenth-century poet to an increasingly diverse range of readers in the 21st century, through the podcast.
