Mestre em Gestão Estratégica de Organizações, pela Universidade Regional Integrada do Alto Uruguai e Missões - URI, Campus de Santo Ângelo. Possui Especialização em Docência para o Ensino Superior, pelo Instituto Cenecista de Ensino Superior de Santo Ângelo. Possui graduação em Administração - Gestão internacional dos negócios pelo Instituto Cenecista de Ensino Superior de Santo Ângelo. Atualmente, é Professor na Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina.
