As Culturas Organizacionais Territorializadas

O objetivo fulcral neste ensaio foi o de estabelecer a articulação entre as noções de cultura organizacional e território, com o intuito de se analisar as manifestações culturais como fenômenos territorializados. Para tanto, inicialmente, teceu-se considerações visando ao aprofundamento das discussões sobre cultura organizacional e espaço / tempo nos estudos organizacionais. Após esse percurso, o propósito foi o de enfatizar as teorizações sobre território procurando elucidar suas peculiaridades, aprofundando as convergências e as divergências existentes entre os conceitos de território, espaço e lugar. Para finalmente se articular os intercruzamentos, objetivando a apreensão da cultura organizacional territorializada. Algumas considerações, ainda que parciais, encontram-se apresentadas no final do artigo e apontam para o fato de que a produção simbólica e política nas assertivas sobre a cultura organizacional apresentam significado efetivo quando situadas, delimitadas ou alocadas, ou seja, no momento em que for possível se evidenciar nos postulados sobre cultura organizacional a existência de territórios, espaços e lugares articulados nas relações de poder que os constituem.
