Abstract

Growth Mindset is an attitude towards continuous development that can be enhanced in individuals seeking greater performance, engagement and quality of life. The concept has been applied related to academic variables, such as academic performance and creativity, but it is necessary to relate it to organizational variables. This work aim to analyze the relationship between the Growth Mindset, the Fixed Mindset, the Entrepreneurial Potential and the Difficulties to be perceived by Management students in Belo Horizonte / MG. The research adopted a quantitative transversal approach, presenting the results by means of a confirmatory factorial analysis, with dadas collected by survey. As a result, among the variables, only the Growth Mindset presented a positive relation with the Entrepreneurial Potential. For future research, it is suggested the application of the methodology in larger samples, in different cultural and organizational contexts, aiming at a generalization of the results.
