Abstract

The purpose of this article is to study how strategies are formulated and implemented in an organization of a highly regulated sector, with a strong environmental determinism. It also analyses the relationship with the stakeholders, and the advantages of a good integration among the organization, the regulation agency and the clients, whose sinergy results in the achievement of better collective outcomes.
