Abstract

This article intends to elucidate the essencial role of the organizational values for the new organizational structures. To reachthis objective, the new structures' peculiarities, like flexibility, are analysed. Beyond this, the organizational values conceptand function are explained, so that it is possible to understand how these values get so importance in the new structures.
