A trajetória de uma biblioteca especializada: o caso da biblioteca do Curso de Pós-Graduação em Administração da UFSC

The process of setting up the library of the Graduate Studies in the Business Adminstration Program at UFSC is described and analyzed. The intervening factors in this process and in the choice of titles and operational structures are determined. The aim is to provide elements for anadequate, customer-oriented management.
