Telecomunicações - quebra do monopólio um estudo de caso

This article presents, in a succinct way, the different ways of thinking and acting of an Organization of the Telecommunication sector, that took decisions based on its strategic formalization, considering the context and the monopolist environment of the begging of the 90's, but had to reconsider them after 1995, because of studies that aimed at the sector privatization which was formalized and concluded at the end of the 90's. The article tries to bring the general context and afterwards it focuses on a specific segment of this organization. KEYWORDS: Telecommunications; Monopoly; Outsourcing; Privatization; Maintainer
