Abstract

Web sites and various electronic resources evaluation are becoming more and more important for librarians in charge of library collection management and development. This article tries to find out how librarians can participate in all the steps related to the creation process of a virtual library, from writing the electronic collection development policy to organizing the resources ergonomically, as well as locating, selecting and evaluating Web sites.
