Personalidade jurídica para os grandes primatas
Abstract
Neste trabalho, analiso os argumentos de Gary Francione acerca da necessidade e justiça do reconhecimento, por parte dos humanos, da condição de “sujeitos de direitos” aos grandes primatas, e a conseqüente atribuição de “personalidade jurídica” aos mesmos. Acresço à argumentação de Francione os conceitos de Peter Singer, que, conforme admite aquele autor, dão sustentação à sua tese.Downloads
