O papel do princípio aristotélico na teoria da justiça de Rawls

O objetivo do presente artigo é estabelecer algumas considerações sobre o papel do princípio aristotélico no interiror da teoria da jsutiça como eqüidade de John Rawls formulado em A Theory of Justice e não modificado em Political Liberalism e Justice as Fainess: A Restatement, a fim de verificar uma convergência entre um modelo deontológico e precedimental com um modelo teleológico e substancial de justiça, identificando um compatibilismo entre justo e bem em sua teoria ética.Downloads
