Didactic model for the formation of scientific concepts in junior high school students

Abstract

The article presents a study carried out about the formation of scientific concepts in schools. Emphasis is given to the role played by the diagnostic of preconcepts and a didactic model with a psychological and epistemological foundation is proposed, in order to deal with physical concepts. An approximation to scientific knowledge using the dialectic method is also presented and a set of heuristic procedures to direct the learning process by means of the solution of learning tasks is also suggested.
