Abstract

: In this article, the way digital libraries are used  by undergraduate students of a Pedagogy degree in a Distance Education program is researched through concepts such as digital library, print library, and informational behavior. Based uponEspen Aarseth’s Theory of Ergodic Literature, this research consisted of some semi-structured interviews aiming at checking how the digital library was used in this program. The collected data showed that students did have access to technology, however they didn’t showed a typical behavior when using the available digital libraries relevant to their studies
