ANALYZES OF IMPLEMENTATION OF THE INSTITUTIONAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN GOALS OF UFSC THROUGH THE MANAGEMENT REPORTS 2010-2014

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the financial implementation of the goals set out in the Institutional Development Plan of UFSC 2010 to 2014, by the information provided in the Institutional Management Reports. Initially it presents a literature review, by authors from discussions of strategic planning, as well as the Institutional Development Plan, covering the laws on the subject. The methodology used can be defined as descriptive and documentary, in which analyzed documents provided by the institution. The results indicated that there is no direct relationship between the goals presented in the IDP with the programs and objectives presented in the Management Reports, focusing the research only on actions that are repeated in the documents. The analysis focused on PNAES, REUNI and Capacity Workers, concluding that the resources allocated have increased over the years, despite the financial executions have not been fully utilized.
