The study evaluates the relationship of faculty scientific production of masters and doctoral degrees in Business Administration from the Southern Region of Brazil, considering gender and two temporal dimensions: since the beginning of their careers and the last three years (2010-2012). The research is quantitative with descriptive characteristics. Moreover, data were gathered from all curriculums of professors by recording sex, production of texts and advising for masters and doctorate. Publications were considered as papers in scientific journals, books, book chapters and papers presented and published in scientific events. Regarding advising only the ones concluded in that three-year period were considered. The results demonstrate an equal production, undoing the belief that women and men have different performances.Downloads
