The project must attract and retain students who seek training to extend their employability in a cost-effective welcoming environment for such expectations. In Brazil, which already has official appraisal metric-quality end of the course, it is up to the manager to adopt own means to monitor the performance as to factors such as empathy, reliability and perceived responsiveness, affecting satisfaction (hence, the continued propensity) whose assignment is the order of the subject, but grouped, they may be related to demographic characteristics. In order to investigate the performance of these predictors conjectured on hiatus expectation-perception of service, equipped with survey derived from SERVQUAL about 289 students of Directors was applied, forming database subjected to multivariate analysis. Sex, Age, Income, Home school type (public or private) and Professional experience were not found to be significant to anticipate the satisfaction, forcing the manager to deal with differences in subjective perception, without the comfort of relying on classifiers schemes.Downloads
