Abstract

This article deals with social balance and social accountability (S.A.) 8000 as indicators of social responsibility. The text makes systematic assertions about information regarding social responsibility and discusses it in terms of entrepreneurial strategy and social investment. These are complex issues which involve a set of concepts that have been debated in the business context. In other words, they appear and began to be seen as extreme and opposite concepts that express, describe, orient and anticipate both favorable and unfavorable positions to the new political, social and economic order.
