With the update of the OJS system, some browsers may not be opening the magazine's page (the message “website under maintenance” appears). To gain access, there is a need to clear your browser's cache and cookies. If you are using Chrome you need to access “ctrl shift delete” at the same time. After this operation, the magazine page will open normally.
