Pelos princípios ou pelas regras: o caso Embraer e as disputas jurídicas na Justiça do Trabalho.

O artigo apresenta um estudo de caso sobre a atuação da Justiça do Trabalho no dissídio coletivo que envolveu as demissões em massa realizadas pela empresa Embraer no contexto da atual crise do sistema capitalista internacional. O objetivo foi demonstrar como as disputas simbólicas pelo “direito de dizer o direito” se configuraram no episódio em questão e como tais disputas exprimiram o reconhecimento de direitos e de aspirações de ordem social, bem como repercutiram sobre a amplitude das possibilidades de entes coletivos em “lutar por direitos”.
