The centrality adopted today by the information and communication technologies in the contemporary society is at the core of an experience with the characteristics of the CDI. The subject of digital inclusion represents today an increasing concern to provide access to the communication and information technologies on the part of the population that is disadvantaged and excluded. The experience of the CDI shows the possibilities that open up in the struggle against technological segregation, drawing attention to the multiplicity of solidarities and alliances, the gradual formation of a digital community among the excluded, and the different procedures of resocialization and broadening of citizenship. 242 p.Downloads
