The market of milk and farmers: the quality in question

Questioning the idea of quality as a neutral element the article analyzes aspects of the construction of the milk market in Brazil highlighting the dispute between different actors. We approached the process of globalization, the arrival of multinationals in the country as well as disputes over quality.
