Author Biographies

João Guerra, Instituto de Ciências Sociais da Universidade de Lisboa (ICS-ULisboa)

João Guerra é doutorado em Ciências Sociais (2011) pelo Instituto de Ciências Sociais da Universidade de Lisboa (ICS-ULisboa). Entre 2012 e 2018, desenvolveu um projeto de pós-doutoramento (SFRH / BPD / 78885 / 2011) com foco na prossecução da sustentabilidade: i) em comunidades marginalizadas (Bela Vista, Setúbal, 2012-2014) e ii) em comunidades afetadas por eventos traumáticos (Vila Franca de Xira, 2015-2017). Entre 2018 e 2019 foi Professor Visitante Estrangeiro na Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina/ Brasil e a partir de 2019 regressou ao ICS-ULisboa como investigador auxiliar e coordenador do Seminário de Alterações Climáticas e Ciências da Sustentabilidade no Programa de Doutoramento em Alterações Climáticas aí em curso. É membro do Grupo de Investigação em Ambiente, Território e Sociedade do ICS-ULisboa, do OBSERVA – Observatório de Ambiente, Sociedade e Território e, ainda da equipa coordenadora da Secção Ambiente & Sociedade da Associação Portuguesa de Sociologia.
