Resumen

Searching for arguments to contribute with a nation development andgrowting, this content intents to show the importance of the human development notion and the Physical Education role as human corporal activity. In an approximative model, it pursuits to do a positive link among educative programs levels of the brazilian educational society. The text also tries to associete Physical Education activities to a fondness for continuated mobility, especially into a school scale. Relatively to wellness estate, it attempts to elevate this welness and to attach it to mobility and affective/social life, demonstrating the consequences on individual quality of life reflects in individual life.
