SELECCIÓN DE EJERCICIOS EN ENTRENAMIENTO RESISTENTE: MÉTODO DE ANÁLISIS EFICIENCIA, SEGURIDAD Y CONFORT

Resumen

Se ha demostrado que la manipulación de las variables del entrenamiento de resistencia tiene un efecto sustancial sobre las adaptaciones musculares. Una variable importante en este proceso es la selección de ejercicios. Además de la efectividad de un ejercicio dado para reclutar grupos de músculos objetivo, se deben considerar consideraciones de seguridad y comodidad individual al realizar un levantamiento. La biomecánica correcta del ejercicio elegido ayudará a promover las adaptaciones musculares deseadas, mientras que los procedimientos de seguridad adecuados reducirán el riesgo de lesiones. La comodidad del levantamiento facilitará el placer y promoverá la adherencia al programa. Por lo tanto, el propósito de este artículo es brindar pautas para la selección de ejercicios de entrenamiento de resistencia basados ??en el Método de Análisis de Eficiencia, Seguridad y Confort (ESCAM).
