Hermeneutics and interfisciplinarity within Law courses: a dialog between Brazil and the United States

The article focus the work of Francis Jay Mootz, a jurist from the USA who is law professor in the Penn State University. It emphasizes the intersection that this author promotes between law and philosophical hermeneutics. The discussed subjects are the relationship between theory and practice in law, the interdisciplinary exchange and the focus over the juridical field as a rhetorical knowledge producer.Downloads
