Abstract

To play of being happy is the first part of the auto-biographical trajectory of Jose Ribeiro Rocha, journalist and writer, egress of a shelter of the Febem - (Foundation of well-being of the minor), managed for a protestant religious institution. Sad and disturbing, the book leads out for the walls of the institution the reality of children and adolescents legacies to a invisibilidade existence and indifference. For not being in the streets, , begging, practising robberies, or for not having parents whom they intercede in its favor, the existence of 80 a thousand Brazilian children passes unobserved. To play of being happy is a voice that if raises against these walls of silence.
