The motivations of the executives of the social organizations in the processes of qualification in management

A phenomenon that has been observed regarding the calls organizations of the Third Sector, beyond the interest of the researches regarding these organizations, is the increasing number of courses directed to the qualification of its professionals in developed techniques of the management originally toward the organizations of market. The first ones to study this phenomenon had related to a new logic introduced for the financial agents of the activities of these organizations, that they had started to have a significant participation from the decade of 60 (international Non-Profit Organizations), and the new financiers that from years 90 they have, gradual, if become its more influential agents (companies). This work was developed in the attempt to identify the preponderant reasons for the organizations of Third Sector to search such type of qualification, through the analysis of the motivations of the executives of 74 participant organizations of a course of qualification in management.Downloads
