Abstract

The main objective of this paper is to approach the productive restructuring process that is taking place in bank system of the state of Santa Catarina. This paper aims at showing the three pillars of the restructuring process: privatization, reorganization, and outsourcing. The restructuring process is an administrative and management strategy that benefits the company and impairs society because it decreases employment and aggravates the work relationship inside thee company.
