Design of the mechanism for results management in the socio-educational system: Principal-agent problem

Building a set of management tools for efficient performance is the main objective of this work. The methodology started from the perception of principal-agent problems, defining a consequence policy model via the design of a compatible mechanism by rewarding results with strategic goals and indicators. Positive externalities are caused, such as the elaboration of a set of operational and management actions, in a mechanism with a priori information for decision making. It is noteworthy that the use of variable remuneration to achieve pre-established goals constitutes an advance in the management of the socio-educational system. The entire problem of the socio-educational system requires not only increases in investments, but also in the quality of management. In this context, this work demonstrated a governance model by result, verifying each aspect of the strategic indicators, using mathematical algorithms, as well as theories about motivation, remuneration and consequence policy.
