Nowadays changing processes are considered essential for the survival of the contemporary organizations. But, at the same time, they cause a variety of reactions on the individuais. In this context, the human resistance has a specialmeaning, because it is able to influence thechanging directions in a decisive manner. Thus, considering the importance of the subject, thepurpose of this article is to identify and analyse the main causes of resistance to change andthe different methods used to manage it.
