Museums and Science and Technology Centers (MSTC) go together with the changes in thinking and doing of science over time. In this sense, we think on the nature and the transformations of these spaces, with the interest to evaluate if the Brewery Experience Center of Bohemia fits in this perspective. For this, we conducted a descriptive exploratory research in some of the exhibition rooms of this center to identify elements related to: i) issues on science and technology (S&T); ii) S & T objects (substitutes and authentics); iii) signification of concepts strategies, phenomena and S & T processes. As a result, we believe that this initiative is close to the concept of MSTC – more then they are differentiated -, using strategies that turn to the formation of a consumer public.
