Susan Milléo Rudy, University of Calgary

Susan Rudy Susan Rudy (http://english.ucalgary.ca/profiles/susan-rudy) is a Professor of English at the University of Calgary in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.  Author of Women, Reading, Kroetsch  (WLU P, 1991) as well as numerous articles in journals and chapters in books, she co-authored, with Pauline Butling, both Writing in Our Time: Canada's Radical Poetries in English (1957-2003) (WLU P, 2005) and Poets Talk: Conversations with Robert Kroetsch, Daphne Marlatt, Erin Mouré, Dionne Brand, Marie Annharte Baker, Jeff Derksen, and Fred Wah  (U. of Alberta P, 2005). She is currently preparing a digital archive of the work of Fred Wah ( www.fredwah.ca)

Maria Lúcia Milléo Martins

Maria Lúcia Milléo Martins is a Professor of literatures in English at Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina. She has published Antologia de Poesia Norte-Americana Contemporânea (as translator), Duas Artes: Carlos Drummond de Andrade e Elizabeth Bishop, and several essays mainly in the area of poetry. Currently she is working on a study on contemporary Canadian poetry and multiculturalism, resultant from a post-doctoral program at the University of Toronto. As co-editor, she is also preparing a collection of Charles Simic’s writings (poetry, essays, and memoirs). Both studies will be published in Brazil.
