E-learning vs. Copyright: o papel da biblioteca da universidade em apoio à professores e alunos

Resumo

O conflito tradicional entre atividades de ensino e regulamentos de direitos autorais foi aumentado e complicado no ambiente digital. Mudanças recentes na legislação não foram adequadas, portanto estão longe de atender às necessidades mínimas de estudantes e professores de educação digital. A biblioteca da universidade, graças à sua posição privilegiada entre fontes de informação e usuários, pode desenvolver uma tarefa essencial de apoiar os membros da comunidade universitária para ajudá-los a enfrentar com êxito a colisão frequente entre seus interesses e os dos detentores de direitos sobre obras intelectuais.
