New midias, citizenship and digital exclusion in the context of the information society

The article approaches relative questions to the role of the New Medias for the conquest of the Citizenship in the Information Society. It points some of the main factors that contribute to aggravate the Digital Exclusion and tell initiatives that objectify to promote the citizenship by means of the info-inclusion in Brazil, giving special emphasis to some experiences in the state of Ceará.Downloads
