Abstract

This work aims at presenting an analysis and discussion of the archival information, obtained through Sistema de Informações para o Ensino – SIE, from Federal University of Santa Maria – UFSM, in the scope of Centro de Processamento de Dados – CPD and Pro-Reitoria de Planejamento – PROPLAN, about register and alteration of projects module, as well from interviews with people responsible for the system analyzed. Based on these interviews and observations of the SIE working, it was found and analyzed some critical situations related to authenticity and reliability of the archival information.
