Architecture ways: information to support decision making by System CFB/CRBs (2007-2012)

We report the management model adopted for the management of the System CFB/ CRBs in the period 2007-2012. Highlights the need to understand the scene found the performance of the institution, which has led to the use of survey, analysis of information seeking to support decision making based on the understanding that it was a service organization to the environment. Points out that the understanding of aspects involving the formation and performance of professional acts that were in the library blocks for prospecting the informational scenario analyzed. Discusses the conceptual and implementation of the work that led to the composition of two programs: one structural and one mobilizer, which directed the actions reported. Concludes that the appropriation of information contributed significantly to architecting the path that was trodden.
